Nature, water in particular, reflects our thoughts, emotions and vibrational energy-our internal world. Through photographs of bodies of water, I ask the viewer to contemplate their internal dialogue, keeping in mind the human body is comprised of 75% water, and the positive affect of your thoughts and emotions when translated to your body, what do you Sea In Yourself?
Unleashed Alchemy
Unleashed Alchemy workshop is a self-love, body positive, therapeutic art experience. It utilizes somatics for understanding, identifying, embodying and unleashing emotions as energetic feelings, sounds or colors in the body. Participants have the opportunity to enliven this relational experience by using self-applied body paint as a tangible means of expression.
The Unleashed Experience
The Unleashed Experience is an empowering process of self-expression where the participant is able to shift negative self-talk dialogue and be fully engaged with self-love, self-acceptance and body positivity. The Unleashed Experience is offered multiple ways. Go on a journey with Melissa as she guides and documents your process with beautiful photographic art. Tune in to one of her free offerings-journey together with a group via Zoom or download all the support for an individual journey.
BIO
Melissa Vlahos Healing Arts began her professional artistic journey from her own desire to utilize art for self-healing. Since then, it revealed her passion in translating her personal discoveries by guiding, inspiring and empowering people, and in weaving a holistic approach throughout her art, projects and workshops. With a dual citizenship with America and the European Union, she has participated in a number of collaborative projects and has exhibited her work and facilitated workshops throughout the world.
